Let’s make sure you wow your attendees with customizable name badges by following the steps below!

- Click the button above
- Create an account and log in
- There you can search your template – the number on your avery box (example: 5395)
- You can start with a blank template or use one of the free templates
- You can upload your logo, event logo, sponsor logo, or whatever you would like
- Once you have a design set, it is time to upload your event attendee names
- I would recommend using excel for this- much quicker!
- You can set up your excel document so once your names are uploaded, there is minimal editing. Make sure to save your Excel document as a CSV file
- Now it is time to add in the fields to set up the badges – click and drag over
- Review your images. Make sure you switch to Edit One for individual badge edits or Edit All to edit all badges
- Once they are approved, you save them as a PDF and print
- Avery has many templates you can use to personalize many items- enjoy!
